Video’s taken from an e-scooter, what they call ‘el-sparkesykkel’ in Norwegian and ‘trotinette électrique’ in French =) Oh, and you might have to change the video quality to max. It often starts on the lowest setting by default, ruining my beautiful piece of footage 🙂
