These cards were cut out using a precision cutting machine (bit like a printer, with a scalpel instead of ink) in white paper, then I had to slide a darker colored paper behind it (black in most cases) to make the letters come out. (I need to update the pictures, these were taken a bit too quickly and carelessly)
